Opis posla
We are looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, specializing in the design, engineering, and commissioning of high-voltage substations and mission-critical data centers.

Responsibilities:
- Substation & Data Center Design: Develop electrical infrastructure designs, including switchgear, transformers, busbars, UPS systems, and backup power systems for substations and data centers.
- Protection & Control Systems: Design and configure protection and control systems for HV/MV substations and data centers, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Technical Execution: Take ownership across all phases of engineering — from concept to commissioning.
- Testing & Commissioning: Verify systems on site and ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Tackle real-world challenges in demanding environments.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare clear technical documentation, in line with IEC/IEEE/EN standards and safety requirements.
Vrsta poslaStalni radni odnos
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in HV/MV substation projects neccessary; experience in data center infrastructure is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of protection relays, substation automation systems, switchgear and other electrical infrastructure
- Strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and technical precision
Willingness to travel across the EU (approx. 50% of time).
Typical travel rotations:
1. site 5 days + home 2 days
2. site 10 days + home 4 days
3. site 3 weeks + home 1 week
