Over 18 months, you'll rotate through key business areas - and nothing will be "just shadowing."
You’ll:
- Help run real logistics operations and customer projects
- Solve supply chain challenges alongside experienced teams
- Work directly with customers and partners across Regions
- Complete a tailored training program
- Be supported by mentors, buddies, and your learning team

Who We’re Looking For:
You're curious. Driven. Open to challenge. Ready to grow. Ideally, you:
- Hold (or are finishing) a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
- Have up to 2 years of work experience
- Speak Croatian + English fluently
- Are mobile across Central South Europe area
Bonus points if you speak: Slovak, Hungarian, Serbian, Greek, or Italian.
