Key responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (texts, graphics, pictures, videos) for internal and external digital channels
- Create compelling videos, handle post-production editing, and adapt content to platform-specific requirements
- Establish and manage recurring content formats, such as Employee Spotlights.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging ad copy for digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, internal campaigns) to drive conversions
Storytelling & Digital Campaigns
- Transform corporate content into engaging digital experiences
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders, discipline heads, and storytelling teams to bring fresh digital ideas to life
- Lead and support the ideation and execution of digital campaigns and microsites
- Provide digital content expertise to internal teams and stakeholders
Community Management
- Manage Vetropack’s community engagement on social media and internal digital platforms
- Develop and implement a Social Media Ambassador Programme to enhance brand representation
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions
Digital Content Analytics
- Monitor social media trends, performance metrics, and manage paid campaigns to optimise engagement and ROI
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure digital content effectiveness
- Provide reports and insights to corporate stakeholders, continuously improving digital strategy
Brand & Presentation Management
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations using Brandic, ensuring alignment with brand identity
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all presentations and digital assets
- Optimise presentation content for clarity and impact using data-driven insights
