Opis posla
- Visit existing clients and identify new business opportunities in Croatia
- Present and promote De Rosso’s conveyor solutions
- Gather technical inquiries and orders; forward full documentation to the central sales team for proposal preparation
- Provide first-line technical support throughout the sales cycle
- Meet agreed sales targets and execute the company’s commercial strategy in the Croatian market
- Leverage De Rosso’s customer databases, market intelligence, training programs, and back-office support to maximize results

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Minimum education: technical or economic field (Level V)
- Resident in Croatia; native Croatian speaker
- Previous experience in metal-working machinery, chip-handling or related sectors preferred
- Proficient with CRM systems and a data-driven sales approach
- Strong soft skills: proactive, collaborative, curious, and adept at building trust internally and with clients
- Good command of English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus
- Willingness to operate as a freelance professional (s.p.) or establish own business entity
