In this role, you will have the opportunity to proactively monitor sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (cooperation with other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance.

This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives in Zagreb. You will be accountable for sales of drives, motors and PLCs; driving sales volumes and margins supporting the Service Sales organization and customers throughout the service sales processes in Zagreb, Croatia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product and systems offering, and align to provide a solution
- Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed
- Preparing sales documentations using company tools, technical and commercial parts of the offers, maintenance of opportunity records in Salesforce CRM
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques
- Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
