- Troubleshooting & resolving user-reported incidents in a timely manner
- Providing application support to end customers
- Maintaining the knowledgebase
- Requesting software changes from service providers in alignment with business
- Testing new software releases

Your profile:
- Experience in technical and/or customer support
- German language proficiency (at least B1/B2)
- English language proficiency (at least B2/C1)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer Literacy
- Efficient troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to act independently
- Ability to prioritize workload
Nice to have:
- Software development lifecycle knowledge
- Experience in team collaboration software (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint)
