IRONMAN are recruiting a Analyst to work in our mass participation division based in Zagreb, Croatian office.
The Analyst reports directly to the Manager of FP&A at our corporate headquarters in Tampa. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and storytelling.
As a key member of the Global Finance team, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into insight and insight into action. You’ll play a lead role in driving business visibility, shaping strategic decisions, and ensuring that plans stay aligned with our global objectives. We’re looking for someone who’s analytically sharp, relentlessly curious, and energized by solving complex problems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Co-lead Corporate & Global planning cycles (Budget, Forecast, Long-Range Plan), working with regional and cross-functional teams to build forward-looking models that reflect both strategic ambition and operational reality
- Collaborate across functions to drive alignment, challenge inefficiencies, and champion scalable processes that fuel better decision-making
- Be a thought partner to leadership by proactively supporting strategic initiatives and unlocking value through financial modelling, scenario planning, and decision-support
- Translate complex insights into actionable stories by delivering thoughtful and high-velocity updates on financial results, forecasts, and risks & opportunities to senior management
- Build the future of FP&A systems at IRONMAN by helping to implement new planning tools and influence the design of our ERP rollout
