- Sales Strategy: Work with the Business Manager CEE to define and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
- Client Management: Achieve sales targets by building new customer relationships and managing existing accounts
- Business Development: Explore new business opportunities and applications for our products, including insulation materials and industrial solutions
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and develop tailored sales programs
- Market Research: Analyse the territory's potential and assess the value of existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities for expanding our market share
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share market insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing efforts
- Client Training: Train clients on our products to improve market penetration
- Sales Documentation: Keep detailed records of sales activities using Salesforce.com
In this role, you will be responsible for sales and business development activities in Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
