Process Modeler (m/f)

In this role, you will support business process modeling by accurately documenting workflows based on instructions from Process Owners and Process Experts. You will primarily focus on using Signavio to visualize processes, ensuring clarity and consistency with company standards. How you’ll make an impact… - Creating process diagrams based on the instructions provided by Process Owners and Process Experts using BPM software tools (Signavio) - Documenting current and future processes using standard BPMN 2.0 notations - Ensuring accuracy and consistency of processes in accordance with company standards - Collaborating with Process Owners and Experts to ensure proper understanding and mapping of workflows - Managing process model updates, documentation, and folder structures as needed - Supporting teams by helping them interpret and use process models effectively - Keeping up to date with relevant standards in business process modeling

- Technical field secondary school or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Engineering, or related fields - Basic understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) - Ability to follow instructions and translate them into structured process models - Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize workflows clearly - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams - Basic knowledge of IT systems and process integration is a plus - Experience with BPM software tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi) is an advantage - Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not required This role is ideal for a technically inclined individual with a keen eye for detail and an interest in business process representation.
