- Ensuring guest satisfaction at the front office and room areas.
- Implementing and maintaining brand standards.
- Overseeing daily front desk operations and working across all shifts.
- Acting as Manager on Duty and handling guest relocations if necessary.
- Managing complaints and ensuring proper data entry in PMS (Opera).
- Coordinating closely with housekeeping and monitoring VIP arrivals.
- Leading and training the front office team; organizing schedules and evaluations.
- Budget management and cost control for the department.
- Conducting department meetings and maintaining operational manuals.
- Managing staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- Monitoring occupancy and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Ensuring knowledge of loyalty programs and conducting regular room inspections.
- Overseeing the reception marketplace area.

- osiguravanje zadovoljstva gostiju na recepciji i u smještajnom dijelu hotela
- provedbu i održavanje standarda brenda
- nadzor nad svakodnevnim radom recepcije te rad u svim smjenama
- obavljanje dužnosti voditelja smjene i premještaj gostiju kada je potrebno
- upravljanje pritužbama i točan unos podataka u PMS sustav (Opera)
- tješnja suradnja s domaćinstvom i praćenje dolazaka VIP gostiju
- vođenje i obuka recepcijskog tima, organizacija rasporeda i evaluacija
