Mid .NET developer (m/f)

We are looking for a Mid .NET Developer to help expand and optimize our large-scale, event-driven IoT platform. You will work on developing new features within existing services, in close collaboration with our client and fellow developers. The platform runs on Azure Cloud with Azure Container Apps, Event Hub, and Azure SQL, and its primary purpose is to track and manage vehicles in public transport for one of the largest Scandinavian bus companies.

What we’re looking for: - Solid experience with C# / .NET (6 or newer) - Strong background in SQL Server / EF Core - Building and consuming Web APIs - Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and distributed systems - Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions) - Knowledge of OAuth2 and multi-tenancy - Hands-on experience with Azure resources (Container Apps, Event Hub, Azure SQL Server, Application Insights, Docker) - 3-5+ years of professional experience Optional (but highly appreciated): - Experience with MQTT - Familiarity with OData protocols - Exposure to HybridCache or Redis caching strategies - Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS) What we value: - Taking ownership of technical solutions with a focus on long-term sustainability - Proactive problem-solving and suggesting improvements - Willingness to learn and configure Azure services (IaC knowledge is a plus) - Collaboration with architects, project managers, and team leads to shape features and solutions - Mentoring colleagues and documenting key functionalities
