Junior Financial Controller (m/f)

Position Overview: As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Manager and the controlling team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual eager to grow in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will assist in financial data collection, help prepare reports and support the construction of budgets and business plans for the group. Key Responsibilities: Financial Data Collection & Analysis: - Assist in collecting and analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making - Ensure the accuracy of financial data through collaboration with the accounting and operational teams Financial Reporting: - Help produce timely financial reports and performance metrics for the controlling team - Provide support in tracking financial targets and monitoring performance Budget & Business Planning: - Assist in the preparation of group budgets and business plans, working closely with the Finance Manager and controlling team - Support the identification of business needs in collaboration with various departments Collaboration and Support: - Work closely with the Finance Manager and the Group Controlling team to provide analysis and insights - Assist in implementing strategies to improve financial performance Continuous Improvement: - Participate in on-demand analysis to find opportunities for business improvement - Support decision-making through data-driven insights

Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in controlling, finance, reporting, or related roles - Strong proficiency in Excel - Fluency in English - Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and PowerBI is a plus - Team player with a proactive and organized approach - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Problem solver who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment How to Apply: If you are eager to start your career in finance and are passionate about contributing to a growing global company, please send your resume and cover letter through the application link.
