- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with HR team to implement company policies and programs
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluations
- Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement
- Handle recruitment and hiring processes

- Consulting and offering professional support to managers
- Occasionally use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
