We’re expanding into new markets and are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to own and run our paid campaigns on primarily LinkedIn, but also Meta and Google. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, not high-level strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn (primary), with support for retargeting and Matched audience ad on Google Display or Meta
- Create and manage HubSpot audiences for account-based targeting; ensure lists sync correctly with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Collaborate with sales and design on ad copy and creative; manage the ad asset library
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests on messaging, creatives, formats) to improve CTR, CPL, and pipeline impact
- Monitor daily/weekly performance and optimize budgets across campaigns
- Report clearly on metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, pipeline contribution) in HubSpot and LinkedIn dashboards
- Support persona-based campaign variations within our ABM framework
- Stay on top of LinkedIn ad best practices, new formats, and benchmarks
