Funded by the European Union and the Ministry of Science, Education, and Youth as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan program, the Peoplet project addresses the global shortage of applications for analyzing the structure and dynamics of complex networks through visualizations, applying the latest scientific achievements in the field of Network Science. Peoplet is a start-up developing application infrastructure to enable users to easily, visually understand complex data sets and interactively manage and customize these visualizations to make informed decisions based on analytical indicators.
The project is based on research by employees of the University of Rijeka, with a special focus on the analysis of complex networks. Peoplet’s goal is to create a digital tool for visualizing and analyzing complex networks that includes spatial-temporal and multi-level characteristics. The tool is designed to meet the needs of both business users (e.g., for visualizing organizational structures and processes) and private users (visual social networking). You will work directly with Dr. Dino Pitoski and Prof. Dr. Ana Meštrović.
