What You’ll Do:
People Leadership & Team Growth
- Mentor, motivate and guide cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend)
- Promote open communication, conflict resolution and a culture of learning
- Oversee hiring, onboarding and career plans to build a resilient and engaged teams
- Inspire and cultivate an AI-native mindset across the team
Delivery & Quality Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
- Set and track delivery metrics, providing clear visibility on progress and results
- Integrate AI into delivery workflows to boost productivity, automation and code quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the team and leadership to align engineering goals with business objectives
- Act as a key communication link between your teams and external stakeholders
- Anticipate and solve delivery issues by guiding teams toward practical solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to identify high-impact use cases for AI
Client Engagement & Growth
- Be the technical face of our engineering team in client interactions and pitches
- Contribute in sales for technical proposals, demonstrating feasibility and innovation
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
- Confidently present AI-enabled solutions to external stakeholders
Technology & Innovation
- Drive process optimization and innovation to keep us at the forefront of digital
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable system architectures
- Ensure our web tech stack remains cutting-edge for best-in-class web applications
