Human Resources coordinator (m/f)

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support and lead our HR operations in Croatia, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and administrative excellence. This role involves managing HR processes independently, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate HR data, collaborate with external service providers, and contribute to international HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks and supporting a dynamic team. As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for HR operations in Croatia, supporting a growing team and ensuring smooth HR processes. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR administration independently (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, changes) - Lead recruitment activities and interview coordination - Maintain accurate HR data and documentation - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies - Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, and HR service providers - Document and communicate process changes - Participate in cross-country HR projects

Your Profile: - Degree in HR, business administration, or related field - 5+ years of HR experience, especially in employee lifecycle management - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proactive and process-oriented mindset - Excellent communication and discretion - Fluent in Croatian and English Your CV is required to be in English, otherwise they will not be accepted.
