For our BU Grid Automation, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales team! In this role, you will be part of a strong team of professionals within a business in the forefront of Grid Automation marketing and sales organization in the Balkan region. How you’ll make an impact: - You are accountable and responsible for pipeline generation for GA portfolio - You support customers during bidding, project execution/closure and cash collection within assigned geography/zone - You add value for the customer and HITACHI ENERGY and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques - You communicate details in accordance with HITACHI ENERGY offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions) - You define the most suitable technology and product type(s) to be used based on application characteristics and define the configuration in accordance with bid commercial needs and requested quality metrics - You promote and grow sales for PGGA products and services portfolio - You establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and aligning to provide a solution; ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process - Conducting business with safety and integrity
